By using TEARust you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain language.
TEARust is a squad-intelligence and analytics platform for the video game Rust. It connects to the Rust+ companion API to display real-time team data, events, and statistics. The service is provided "as is" by an independent developer and is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve Corporation.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TEARust. By using the service, you confirm that you have the right to do so under your local laws. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
Squad leaders are responsible for their squad. This includes managing members, pairing servers, and paying for the subscription. By creating a squad, you accept responsibility for how it is used.
Members join via an invite code or link issued by the squad leader. Members can view squad data but cannot change subscription settings or pair servers unless promoted to leader.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your session or Steam credentials. Notify us immediately at ws.businesslab@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
TEARust offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use of premium features requires an active subscription at the published rate ($4.99/month per squad at the time of writing).
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time via the Settings → Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice via the email associated with your Stripe account.
Promo codes, when issued, are applied once at redemption and are not redeemable for cash. Codes may have expiry dates or usage limits.

TEARust relies on third-party services including Steam (authentication), Facepunch's Rust+ API (game data), and Stripe (billing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data practices of those third parties.
Rust+ data is provided by Facepunch as part of their companion app. TEARust does not modify, intercept, or store raw server communications beyond what is necessary to operate the features you use.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control (server provider outages, Rust+ API changes, etc.).
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and pro-rate any unused subscription time.
TEARust, its design, code, and branding are owned by the developer. "Rust" is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.
Game assets (item icons, map imagery) are property of Facepunch Studios and are used under their community/modding guidelines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEARust is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost in-game progress, missed raid alerts, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TEARust after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
